Welcome. I’m Chrissy Wilson, LMFT, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
I work with individuals, couples, and families who are ready to move beyond simply managing symptoms and begin understanding the deeper patterns shaping how they feel, relate, and move through the world.
My approach combines advanced clinical training with warmth, curiosity, and depth. Together, we can explore the experiences and patterns that keep you feeling anxious, disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck—while building greater self-understanding, emotional security, and more meaningful relationships.

Services
Individual therapy offers a space to explore the deeper patterns, relationships, and experiences shaping how you feel today. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, life transitions, and feeling stuck or disconnected from themselves.
Drawing from depth psychology, attachment-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, we’ll move beyond symptom management to understand the roots of what keeps repeating—helping you develop greater self-awareness, emotional freedom, and a stronger connection to your whole self.
Services
Family therapy offers a space to understand the communication patterns, conflict, emotional disconnection, parenting challenges, and life transitions affecting your family. Care may include working with me individually or through a collaborative family therapy model, with two therapists working together to support your family system.
Using an integrative, attachment-focused, and trauma-informed approach, we help each family member feel seen and understood while improving communication, repairing relationships, and strengthening the connections that hold your family together.
As a Certified Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapist, I offer carefully guided Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and psychedelic-assisted therapy for individuals and couples seeking deeper healing from trauma, anxiety, relationship patterns, and emotional disconnection.
Combining medicine experiences with skilled preparation, therapeutic support, and integration, KAP can create an opening for insight and healing when traditional approaches haven't been enough. My work is grounded in clinical rigor, depth-oriented psychotherapy, trauma-informed care, and compassionate support throughout the process.
