KETAMINE-ASSISTED THERAPY
Therapy centered, medically supported
You may already understand your patterns. KAP creates an opportunity to explore change beyond insight alone.
Sometimes understanding the symptoms is only part of the work. Healing may also ask us to look inward, toward the experiences, protective patterns, and unanswered needs beneath them. My approach brings compassionate psychotherapy and deep meaning-making into care for persistent anxiety, depression, and trauma.
In partnership with Journey Clinical, their medical team evaluates whether ketamine is an appropriate option for you and oversees your medical care. I support the therapeutic work through preparation, exploration, and integration. Within this supported space, ketamine may offer an opportunity to slow down, experience your patterns differently, and find your way back to yourself.
HOW THE PROCESS WORKS
IS KAP RIGHT FOR YOU?
Ketamine-assisted therapy may be helpful for individuals experiencing treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD, or other challenges when traditional therapies haven’t provided relief. A medical evaluation with Journey Clinical will help determine if KAP is an appropriate and safe option for you.
